Ultrasonic engineering,as a new subject,plays a very important role in the field of industrial production,health care and petroleum and chemical industry,the technology has special potential to improve the quality of products,reduce production costs,prevent environmental pollution,ensure the safety of production and improve production efficiency.Therefore,in the past ten years,the application of ultrasonic technology research is very active in our country.Ultrasonic cutting technology has its unique technical advantages when applied in the field of textile material cutting.It has the advantages of clean,high efficiency and good cutting effect.On the basis of deep research on the ultrasonic cutting technology,this paper discusses how to improve the digital level of the ultrasonic cutting system,and realize the multi-channel output function of the ultrasonic generation system.We analyse the main factors affecting the performance of its working state through the research of ultrasonic cutting technology in the practical application of the technical characteristics and system composition.and considerate the factors in the actual design of the system.The working frequency of the ultrasonic system is 28 KHz.Based on the determination of the frequency of the system,we design the hardware of the system.The hardware circuit includes the main circuit and the control system circuit.The main circuit consists of rectifier circuit,inverter circuit,high frequency transformer and matching circuit.The control system circuit comprises minimum system circuit of micro controller,drive circuit and feedback circuit.Select the K60 microcontroller of NXP company as the main control chip of the ultrasonic cutting system.According to the working frequency and power of ultrasonic cutting system,we select main components in the circuit of ultrasonic cutting system.In hardware circuit design,we focus on reducing the complexity of the circuit and improving the digital level of the system,and finally complete the design of the entire system.Based on the design of the hardware circuit of the all-digital ultrasonic cutting system,we design the software of the system.We use the software of Keil as the programming tool.The software design mainly includes the bottom drive component design,PWM driver design,frequency tracking program design and the over current protection program design.We mainly complete the description of the function of the program,the design of the program flow and the preparation of the program in software design.After the completion of the software and hardware design of entire system,we use the software of Altium Designer to design the PCB.After setting up the experimental platform,we test and analyze the parts of the ultrasonic cutting system,combined with the Keil compiler software,to debug the program,and finally complete the testing work of the whole system.The test frequency of the ultrasonic system is 28.03 KHz.
