In order to solve the problem that organochlorine content can't be detected accurate because that the dilution ratio of oxygen flask combustion method is too high and the problem that oxygen flask combustion method had a large error to high salt oil field chemicals,This papper carried out the research on optimization of organochlorine content detection for oil field chemicals,and toluene extraction method was put forward.The experiment was begun with the following three aspects.?1?In order to solve the problem that dilution ratio of oxygen flask combustion method is too high,we change the amount of samples and the volume of water first in oxygen flask combustion method,then detect organochlorine content of the samples which the concentrations was clear.By comparing the measured deviation,find out the optimum amount of samples and the volume of water.At last,put to use the oxygen flask combustion method that was optimized to detect some commonly used oil field chemicals,then contrast the result,verify the accuracy and practicability of the optimized method.?2?In order to solve the problem that oxygen flask combustion method had a large error to high salt oil field chemicals,we add a certain amount of NaCl in the samples which the concentrations of organochlorine was clear,then remove the Cl-in high salt samples by Ag NO3,finally put to use the oxygen flask combustion method that was optimized to detect organochlorine content,verify the feasibility of the optimized method.?3?Put forward toluene extraction method,design single factor experimental about amount of sample,the volume of toluene,speed,centrifugal time and washing times,find out the optimum conditions of toluene extraction method.Then design the experiment about the recovery of standard sample,contrast experiment,practical application,detection limit and the comparison with each laboratory to investigate the accuracy,practicability and superiority of toluene extraction method.The experimental results show that:?1?The optimum amount of water-soluble sample was 0.0220 gram,the optimum volume of water was 25.0 milliliter.The optimum amount of oil-soluble sample was 0.0600 gram,the optimum volume of water was 25.0 milliliter.The oxygen flask combustion method which was optimized could measure organochlorine content for some commonly used oil field chemicals,It was better than original method.?2?The method that remove the Cl-in high salt samples by AgNO3 was not feasible,we need find other solutions.?3?The best conditions for toluene extraction method was:The amount of sample was 1.000 gram,volume of toluene was 5.00 milliliter,speed was 3000 r/min,centrifugal time was 10 minutes,washing times was 3.Verification experiment shows that the recovery of organic chlorine in standard sample was from 93.8%to 95.5%,it's better than oxygen flask combustion method.Toluene extraction method was suitable for part of oil field chemicals,the measurement error was about 4%,it was far below oxygen flask combustion method,this method was very pratical.Determination of detection limit to toluene extraction method was 5.000 mg/L.The detection result of each laboratory about toluene extraction method was consistent,So toluene extraction method with a high degree of universality could be widely used in organochlorine content detection of oil field chemicals.In summary,this paper optimized the reaction conditions of oxygen flask combustion method,put forward toluene extraction method which was more practical and accurate,then optimized the reaction conditions of toluene extraction method,cleared up the problem that organochlorine content can't be detected accurate because that the dilution ratio of oxygen flask combustion method is too high and the problem that oxygen flask combustion method had a large error to high salt oil field chemicals.
