In this paper,The magnify synthesis experiment of Molybdenum Dibutyldithiocarbamate(MoDTC)was studied in a 10 L reactor on the basis of small pilot experiment and response surface method was adopted to analyze the law of amplified synthesis.The structure and sulfurized structure of synthetic product were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),Spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),etc.The catalytic effect of synthesized product on KLAR hydrocracking reaction was studied,and the results were compared with small experiment product and molybdenum naphthenate.The results showed that the process of synthesis of MoDTC needed suitable acidic environment,M was not only involved in the reaction,but also needed to maintain the pH value of the synthetic system in the range of 1~3.The reaction time and reaction temperature had important influences on the process of synthesis of MoDTC,followed by the amount of organic reagent(B1 and B2).Suitable conditions of synthesis of MoDTC were that reaction temperature was 90oC,reaction time was 5 hours,and the optimum molar ratio of materials for Mo DTC was A1:A2:M:B1:B2=1:1:1.1:1.5:1.5,and under these conditions,molybdenum metal yield of synthetic products was 62.13%.Response surface method experimental results showed that under suitable acidic environment,the optimum conditions of small pilot experiment and 10 L reactor synthesis of MoDTC were basically the same,the synthesis process of MoDTC had a slight positive amplification effect and was suitable for further amplification.In addition,the obtained model could predict the relationship between the molybdenum metal yield of synthesized product and several influencing factors relatively accurate,and it had a certain guiding role for the largescale production of MoDTC.The structure and sulfurized structure characteristics of both 10 L reactor synthesis products and small pilot experiment products were basically the same.The two products had good hydrogenation and anti-coking performance during Karamay atmospheric residue slurrybed hydrocracking,and the catalytic activity between the two catalysts were basically the same.
