| The centrifugal filter commonly used in industrial production exists some problems,such as the screen is easily blocked,the filtering resistance is great,and the production is intermittent,etc.The design and research on centrifugal filter can achieve the self-cleaning of screens and the continuous filtering production under constant pressure,help reduce the cost of filtering production,and simplify the filtering operation.The multi-tube centrifugal filter is designed based on the centrifugal dryer,including some new structures such as the rotating support structure of entrance,the moving entrance,the window-type housing,the self-lubricating bearings of screen cylinder,the docking type screen cylinder module,the ratchet type driving mechanism of screen cylinder,and changing the tandem drive to single drive.This paper has calculated many performance parameters of multi-tube centrifugal filter,for instance the capacity,the discharge time and discharge speed,the separated factor,the self-cleaning index,the revolution power and so on.Using Fluent software,this paper optimized and calculated the structure of moving entrance based on the internal distribution of flow field,and determined the optimal structure parameters: the diameter of entrance is 250 mm,the installation angle of inner plate is 145°,the diameter of moving nozzle is 70 mm.It also analyzed the distribution of velocity and pressure at different sections and the flow of outlet,founding that the optimized moving entrance flows smoothly,it has faster speed,bigger traffic and better stability.Applying multiphase flow model,this paper simulated the internal flow of screen cylinder,analyzed the influence of the screen cylinder angle to the flow throughing screen cylinder,founding that the capacity decreases with the increase of screen cylinder angle,and determined choosing 5°as the best angle.It also researched the impact of different revolutionspeed,liquid viscosity,sieve size and other factors on the capacity of screen cylinder at the best angle,founding that the capacity increases with the increase of revolution speed and decreases with the increase of the liquid viscosity and sieve size.This studies showed that the structure of multi-tube centrifugal filter is novel,it also has strong cleaning ability,reliable operation and great capacity,so it can be applied to all kinds conditions of solid-liquid separation. |
