Geological features such as multiple layers, poor formation properties, dramatic changing layers and high interlayer and within layer heterogeneity, are exhibited in Yong 1 glutenite reservoir, which lead to a series of development challenges such as large differences of well productivities, severe layers conflicts, deficient injection and production system, etc.During a reservoir development process, interwell connectivity is an ensential component of reservoir evaluation, and also the basic of successfully reservoir management. As for glutenite reservoirs, reasonable formation explanations can not be obtained by the conventional geological method, therefore, based on reservoir description results, combining the reservoir monitoring and dynamic production data, figuring out the interwell connectivity poses a significant meaning for the subsequent reservoir development of Yong 1 glutenite reservoir.Based on the basic theory of interference well testing and unstable well testing,a method for determining the interwell effective connectivity is established. The existing Yong 1 glutenite reservoir well testing data are interpreted to get the interwell connectivity map.The improved model of determining the dynamic connectivity between wells is presented and the corresponding solving steps and challenges solving methods are also given.A method for determining the dynamic interwell connectivity in Yong 1 glutenite reservoir is established, and the Yong 1 glutenite reservoir connectivity map are developed.Combining the well testing and injection and production interpretation inversion results, considering the results of geological interpretation, the distribution map of layered connected formation volume is drawn, which provides the solid base for high efficient development of this reservoir.
