The Design Research Of The 165 Equal Wall Thickness Positive Displacement Motor (PDM)

En the middle of the 20 th century,Screw drill tool sare developed as a new type of downhole drilling motors,because drilling pipes do not need to rotatein the process of dring,it can reduce the frictions between the drill-string and the borehole wall and avoid to expanding the borehole.In this paper,mainly design and research the hot type—165 equal wall thickness single screw drilling tools which is studied hotly.Its characteristic is the high volumetric efficiency and the high pressurization capacity of single stage and the longe life of service.In this paper,studying on the frontiers of this kind of screw drilling tools and puting forward own proposals according to the reality.According to the initial datasgiven,tcompleting the design of the motor assembly calculation as well as to the bypass valve,transmission shaft,universal shaft and bearing,and then checking the main components of it.Finally,using the computer to draw the CAD drawings of the important parts of single screw drilling tools and the general assembly drawings.
