Yuanba area is the key area for China Sinopec oil and gas exploration and development,in recent years,breakthroughs have been achieved onstantly in the Yuanba continental strata,multiple pressure systems have been found during continental fractured reservoirs drilling process.The characters of this area is abrasive formations of strong,poor drilling,underground fault and fracture development,well leakage frequently,complicated and difficult to deal with the,well control higher risk,which seriously affects the drilling efficiency and the process of exploration and development.Therefore,to cracks in Yuanba continental reservoir layer security drilling key technology research has important significance.In view of many problems of Guangyuan Continental Drilling fractured reservoir,through the construction of information research at home and abroad present situation of drilling technology and Guangyuan drilling,carried out the research of body structure optimization of Guangyuan continental wells,through the analysis of the formation pressure distribution of Guangyuan continental law,combined with the pressure prediction,prediction of fracturing pressure and formation pressure monitoring while drilling analysis and put forward the Guangyuan continental well structure optimization and the optimization of wellbore structure scheme.Based on the Guangyuan continental leakage formation well leak mechanism research,combined with the applicable conditions of conventional plugging agent and Rett plugging agent,preferably formed plugging technology scheme suitable for Guangyuan continental strata,and the plugging formula optimized control.We study the technology of spraying leakage with the condition well,through to the Guangyuan continental deposit with spray leakage crack formation mechanism was analyzed,combined with the Well kick real-time monitoring technology principle,put forward for the high pressure spray leakage with well control equipment supporting technology,Yuan Lu well 9 cases of application and analysis,forming a Yuanba terrestrial strata in well control technology.Through the above research,the formation of the Yuanba continental fractured reservoir layer security drill wells key technologies and supporting scheme,and the application in field.The results show that Yuanba continental fracture reservoir layer security drilling key technology effectively reduces the complex prescription and improve drilling efficiency and security capabilities,to solve the Yuanba continental reservoir drilling grouting leakage with drilling problem and provided the technical means.Therefore,the key study based on the formation of the Guangyuan continental fractured reservoir safety drilling key technology,is not only the support for the Guangyuan continental reservoir exploration and development of high efficiency,but also provide reference and guidance for drilling in similar complex formation constructions.
