Study On The Risk Assessment Of Pressure Vessel Under The Third Category Used In The Oil And Gas Pipeline Project

Because of the lack of safety technology specification s and standards support,the risk study of failure modes for pressure vessels used in oil and gas pipeline projects in our country is still failed to fully carry out.But the AQSIQ(State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine)pay high attention to this work.?Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Pressure Vessel?published in 2009 made a clear requirements: The pressure vessels of category ?,must provide a risk research report which including the main failure modes and risk control at the stage of design.At present,the design pressure of our country's oil and gas pipeline engineering is very high,the size also very large,and the security requirement is also attract the worldwide attention.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the study on the failure risk of pressure vessel under the third category used in the oil and gas pipeline project with comprehensive analysis of pressure vessels possible failure in using process,propose necessary preventive measures in order to avoid accidents.This article carried on a research and analysis of failure modes and risk based on related risk theory for pressure vessel of category ? which used in the oil and gas pipeline project,evaluate the risk of failure modes for pressure vessel of category ? according to the risk matrix method,and proposed some precautionary measures for the failure modes risk of pressure vessel of category ? which used in the oil and gas pipeline project.
