Self assembly is one of the most important methods to construct micro / nano structures from bottom to top(bottom-up).Polymer materials can form nano materials with specific structure assembled in bulk or solution by self-assembly.These new polymer materials have volume effect,surface effect,interface effect and so on.It not only extends the application range of conventional polymer materials,and broads application prospects in the emerging fields like photochemistry,catalysis,biomedicine and so on.Scientists have focused on self-assembly in recent years.With the intensive research of polymer self assembly,the research of precision assembly and intelligent response assembly system has become an important development direction in this field.With the further development of this kind of materials,preparation of polymer assembly with controllable structure is the future development direction.The preparation of polymers with controllable assembly structure is based on this trend,lead the intelligent response performance into controllable assembly of polymer will further promote the exploration of development in the field of basic science and application of self assembly.We hoped that the temperature sensitive properties of polymers can be used as a means to regulate the formation of a new type of polymer assembly structure,and to develop the mechanism of variable temperature self-assembly.Specific research work is divided into the following three parts:(1)Three kinds of polymers were designed and synthesized by RAFT polymerization: random amphiphilic copolymers,block copolymers,and dendritic-linear amphiphilic copolymers containing OEG based dendrimer and cholesterol.(2)The physical and chemical properties of the new copolymer were studied by means of 1H NMR,GPC,DSC,TGA,PLM,SAXS and so on.(3)On the basis of the above studies,the self assembly behavior of two kinds of copolymers with different topological structures in solution was studied.The mechanism of temperature on the self assembly behavior of thermosensitive liquid crystal copolymer was studied.The new polymer assembly with controllable structure and intelligent response was prepared by optimizing the assembly conditions,and its potential application was exploredIn summary,a new type two-component of thermosensitive liquid crystal system was constructed by the combination of temperature sensitive dendrimer unit and cholesterol liquid crystal unit in this thesis.Study on the self-assembly behavior of this new copolymer,optimization and preparation of a series of structure controlled intelligent responsive polymer nano assembly materials,explore the emerging applications development foundation and such materials on the polymer self-assembly.
