Oily sludge has serious harm to the soil and the environment,so exploring a comprehensive treatment of new technologies to separate and recover sludge has important practical value.The electronic properties of the surfactant,the energies between the surfactant and water and the length of the hydrogen bonds formed are calculated with the modern theoretical chemistry methods.Probe the hydrophilic capacity and the surfactant in theory which provide a theoretical basis for the screening.The oil sludge of basic properties from Dagang Oilfield are tested by the method of Calcined and extraction.The water content is 18.74%,the solid content is 66.67% and the oil content is 14.60%;the density tested by the method of bulk density is 1.61g/m L;the fourcomponent and the of the recycal oil is tested.The saturate,aromatic,resin and asphaltene is 54.97%,23.40%,18.30% and 3.34% respectively,and the average thermal value is 14327.07 kJ/kg?Washed the sludge by the inorganic drugs,organic and the biological surfactants choosen to explore the effect of the surfanctants in different concentrations,temperature and washing time.Testing the interfacial tension of the ABS,NP-10,betaine by spinning drop interfacial tension meter in different concentrations and the influence of inorganic base to the surfactants.Considering the experiment above,the sodium silicate,NP-10,betaine is determined for future experiment.The optimized treatment conditions are determined by experiment: sodium silicate washing conditions: the concentration of 0.2%,temperature 80 ?,liquid ratio 1: 4;NP-10 detergent surfactants conditions: the concentration of 0.1 %,temperature 80 ?,solid-liquid ratio of 1:5 which is a good washing effect and cheap surfactant;the washing conditions of the biological 1# are: the concentration of 0.003%,temperature 60?,solid-liquid ratio of 1:4.Washed the sludge with the sodium silicate,NP-10,biological 1# for complex and several times,it can be found that washing for three time with the surfantant of sodium silicate,NP-10,biological 1# is the best,and the residual oil is the lowest,less than 1%.And the process to wash the sludge is simple,low cost and easy industrial production.In the exploration of the emulsion-breaking experiments to the emulsified oil recycled from the sludge,it can be found that the emulsion-breaking effect is the best in the condition which is that the TF-04 and the HN-1# complex radio of 2:1,the amount added of 3000~4000mg/kg,the breaking temperature between 60?and 65?.In the condition,the breaking water is clean,the oil-water interface layered effect is good and the dehydration rate is high,so the condition is determined as the best.
