Jiangsu Oilfield Fa 2 Block used vaccum heater to heat produced liquid and thermoinsulating water,which could cause expensive energy cost and environment pollution.And there’s no quantitative study of energy loss distribution of gathering system yet.Therefore,Fa 2 Block uses renewable energy integrated heating device to substitute parts of furnace’s function.It needs analysis and research to demonstrate the feasibility,economy of the integrated device,and if there is further possibility to optimize the operating parameters.Therefore,in the paper,the energy analysis and operating parameters optimization research are conducted.Firstly,after the comparison of four different energy analytical methods,enthalpy analytical method and exergy analytical method are used to analyze the energy consumption of Fa 2 Block.Secondly,based on the result of exergy analysis,using the matrix-mode thermoeconomic analytical method,the thermoeconomic cost that before and after using the integrated device is calculated.In addition,in accordance with the characteristics of Fa 2 Block,the original set up principle of complementary equation is improved.Finally,in order to discuss the possibility to the minimize the daily operating cost,the optimization model is build.By solving the nonlinear model,the optimal area of solar collectors and the volume of produced liquid and thermoinsulating water heated by integrated device that could minimize the daily cost is calculated in the paper.
