| In order to ensure the safety of the pipeline transportation,it is necessary to carry on the internal inspection,and carry on the safeguard to the pipeline based on the inspection results.In all kinds of defects of pipeline,corrosion defects have great influence on the safety of pipeline,and the corrosion of pipeline can be analyzed by the data of corrosion defect.In the process of obtaining and using the internal inspection data,there are many factors that will lead to errors.External factors and factors of inner detector can lead to errors in data obtained by internal inspection.The inappropriate analysis method of the internal inspection data can lead to the inaccuracy of the corrosion of the pipeline.Therefore,analysing above factors using corrosion data obtained by internal inspection can improve the accuracy of internal inspection data and data analysis.It has great significance to the development of pipeline internal detection technology.The factors that affect obtaining and using the internal inspection data are analyzed from three aspects.Firstly,the causes of the error of the detection data are analyzed through understanding the principle,advantages and disadvantages of a variety of internal detection technologies,combined with the pipeline detection process.According to the causes of the error,the proposed measures to reduce the data error are put forward.Secondly,the detector detects the probability calculation model was established within the comparative analysis of the corrosion defect detection data and the excavation of validation data,thus obtaining the probability of detection of corrosion defects of different sizes and it can be used to determine the inner detector test whether the target precision.Thirdly,according to the mathematical statistical distribution model to explore distribution of corrosion depth of the defect data,gives an analysis method in the detection of corrosion depth data,and uses this method to get the corrosion depth of pipeline under different reliability. |
