Now an urgent problem to be solved is the characteristics problem of PDC bit wear with the new self-buried drilling technology.This paper based on full-scale bit testing table environment,discusses the morphology of cutting teeth under dry cutting condition in self buried drilling PDC bit,and get the main morphology change of the PDC bit is the burning attachment,the phenomena of collapse and wear were concentrated in the top position.For the condition of self-buried bit dry cutting,through the theoretical research,introduce the theory of material tribological,build the model of PDC tooth cutting wear theory and take advantage for the future self-buried PDC wear research.Analysis the parameters that influence the properties of PDC,design the wear test of single tooth dry cutting,the system of the real-time temperature acquisition by manufacture,monitoring the real-time temperature during experiment.Analysis the influence of temperature,load and line speed for the PDC wear respectively and found that the main wear form is fatigue wear under PDC experiment condition,the highest temperature is 111.7?.There is no great changes with the wear of PDC plate under experiment.Linearly relation between PDC wear rate and cutting speed,the wear rate with the load increasely,and the greater the load is,the faster increased wear rate.
