As one of the main secondary processing units in refining industry,catalytic reforming can converts naphtha into high-octane gasoline component,BTX and hydrogen byproduct in the presence of reforming catalyst.Recently,influenced by the increasing demand of high-octane clean gasoline,catalytic reforming unit has become an important source of refinery's economic benefit.Therefore,optimizing its operating parameters has a profound significance to both the unit's and the whole plant's economic benefits.This paper chooses one 8.0×105t/a continuous catalytic reforming unit as the research object,utilizes chemical process simulation software to build the unit's model.Based on the model,the unit's key operating parameters are optimized.The following is the summary of this paper's main research contents and related achievements:(1)According to the actual production data,the paper utilizes general chemical simulation software Petro-SIM and special catalytic reforming simulation software Ref-SIM as tools to simulate the continuous catalytic reforming unit including its pretreating,reforming and separating sections.It is proved that the model's accuracy could meet the requirement of further optimization analysis.(2)On the basis of the established continuous catalytic reforming unit's model,the paper studys the optimization problem.By investigating the influence of key operating parameters in different sections on the unit's operation state and economic benefit,the paper chooses C102 bottom temperature,reforming reactor's inlet temperatures,hydrogen-oil ratio,C201 reflux rate and C301 reflux rate as decision variables,defines constraint conditions such as coke on catalyst,C5+RON,determines simplified benefit change ?B as objective function and discusses its concrete calculation method.(3)Based on ActiveX automation technology,the paper establishes data interface between Petro-SIM and MATLAB.With the help of the genetic algorithm optimization toolbox in MATLAB,the paper optimizes the objective function.The optimization result has a guiding significance to practical operation.
