| Aerobic denitrification is a new biological nitrogen removal technology.It has changed the traditional understanding of denitrification occurs only under anaerobic or anoxic conditions.In recent years,people have paied more attention to water pollution caused by nitrogen.As we all know that the most of the actual sewage treatmentshappen under aerobic conditions,fortunately the aerobic denitrification can happen under aerobic conditions.It opened a new research direction of the window.After enrichment culture experimentsunder aerobic conditions,theremoval rate of total nitrogen is higher than 85%.Then the 3 different kinds of strains(No.4、No.6、No.9)were selected from the solution,they are Pseudomonas sp.、Pseudomonas stutzeri strain 、 Zobellella denitrificans strain.Aong of them,No.9 have the highest nitrogenremoval rate,so the No.9 will be tested at the following experiments.The results show that the best carbon source is sodium succinate;the best C/N is 8;the optimum temperature is 35℃,the optimum pH is 7,the best shaking speed is 160r/min.The results also show that No.9 has high total nitrogenremoval rate at different ammoniaand nitrateconcentrations.When the ammoniaat low,medium concentrations,the rates were 98%,a high concentration of ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 80%.Denitrifying performance in low,medium and high concentration was better,it has reached 98%. |
