Quality characteristics of wastewaters which determine its wastewater treatment process route.Petrochemical wastewater having extremely complex composition of pollution,designing wastewater treatment plant only on the basis of macro indicators are not suitable for petrochemical wastewater.Therefore,this paper through the establishment of a comprehensive water quality analysis method,applied to comprehensive analysis for high-concentration petrochemical wastewater quality characteristics,build a database system to manage data of water quality.To provides a means of support improving the petrochemical enterprises wastewater treatment system.The principal results are as follows:?1?petrochemical waste water pollution characteristics indicators group are identifies,and by means of GC-MS and FT-ICR MS and other analytical tools,established to meet the macro and micro scales,covering water analysis methods of inorganic and organic pollutants,be used of comprehensive analysis for high-concentrations petrochemical wastewater quality characteristics.?2?Parsing eight kinds of point sources of high concentration wastewater from 6 petroleum chemical equipments.Among them,although compositions of wastewater pollutants for refining / ethylene spent caustic?propylene oxide? oxo alcohols and acrylic acid / ester are different,but organic loading rates are very high,they all have shown a strong biological toxicity and non-biodegradable properties.Refining spent caustic wastewater is characterized by NxOx type pollutants and high concentrations of Na2CO3,ethylene spent caustic wastewater is characterized by Ox type pollutants and high concentrations of Na2S.Propylene oxide wastewater is characterized by NxOx Sx type pollutants and high concentrations of Na2HCO3 and Na2CO3;oxo alcohols wastewater is characterized by NxOx type pollutants and high concentrations of Na2CO3;acrylic acid / ester wastewater is characterized by Ox type pollutants and moderate concentrations of H2SO4.Such ultra-high concentration wastewater only after appropriate pretreatment and improvement of biological degradation can be performed standard treatment.Styrene ? ABS resin ? phenol-acetone wastewaters have moderate-high organic loading rate and biodegradability.Styrene wastewater is characterized by NxOx type pollutants and high concentrations of Na2HCO3 and Na2CO3;ABS resin and phenol-acetone wastewaters are characterized by Ox type pollutants and moderate concentrations of Na2SO4.Such moderate-high concentration wastewaters can be directly enhanced micro-organisms and performed standard treatment.?3?For massive data and key information of point source wastewaters,based on Windows 7 operating system?C / S?Client / Server?architecture and Microsoft SQL SERVER data management platform,develop petrochemical wastewater pollutant database management system,which can store?supplement and extract water quality basic data and information,improve the wastewater management system of petrochemical enterprises.
