Optimization Research And Application Of Intelligent Pumping System For Insufficient Fluid In The Supply Of Liquid

In the grim situation of low oil prices,the oil exploration and production companies put less money in the oil field development.Insufficient production wells are 20%-30% of all production wells,the proportion of the oil field in the long production time is greater.Intermittent production is an effective way to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the oil supply shortage.The purpose of intermittent production is to increase production and reduce cost.The key is determining a reasonable room pumping system,which is,developing a proper shut in and opening cycle.Firstly,the author elaborates the pumping process of various parameters change characteristics,then analyzes the pumping mode of technical difficulties,and summarizes the current domestic pumping well system method to determine,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.In addition,the author study the dynamic variation of level,proposed through electric power curve to get the indicator diagram,and identify the drop curve,which can get the open well time;through analyzes the oil well’s inflow performance relationship and the changes of submergence to determine the close well time.The effect of different parameters on the pumping system is analyzed,and then the system is optimized by economic evaluation.At last,the method is compiled into software,and it is applied to oil field.
