| Puguang gas field in the development process,due to drilling,completion,downhole operation and long-term oil production,water production process of liquid contamination and mechanical impurities precipitate blocking,inevitably resulting in near wellbore permeability decreased,resulting in the decline or even stop in the oil production and water injection.Due to the special structure of Puguang gas field in slim hole,the conventional oil and gas wells solution plugging technology,due to the tool size and plugging removal efficiency,and not a very good of Puguang gas field in oil and gas wells of plugging removal and stimulation.In view of this situation,this paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and field conditions,to carry out the new technology of high pressure rotary jet combined with acidification to remove the formation blocking.In the routine operations of washing the well using coiled tubing connected specially developed the gun into the underground,the homework machine drives the coiled tubing mobile,nozzle according to a predetermined rate rotation,to achieve full range of casing plugging,multiple groups of efficient nozzle of jet direct impact perforation,volume concentration,working medium into acid solution,jet direct impact perforation at the same time,the formation of the implementation of acidizing.Tool structure design,including the preferred nozzle combination,the various parts of the connection,tool size,etc.,selection of anti-sulfur acid resistant and wear resistant material.The impact force test,speed test and other experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the impact force,pressure drop,speed and other parameters meet the requirements of high efficient jet.And the calculation model of the coiled tubing friction,nozzle pressure drop,flow velocity of the nozzle and surface pump pressure parameters,design of friction calculation software,combined with field parameters,hydraulic parameters design,the optimal surface pump pressure and displacement and other parameters are obtained,has guiding significance on the construction parameters selection. |
