The deep-seated tight gas reservoirs is a special gas reservoir, which is an important direction for the future development of oil and gas.Jilin oil field deep-seated tight gas reservoirs are mainly distributed in Wangfu and Yingtai blocks. The research of volume fracturing on the two blocks has an important significance. In this paper, the feasibility of volume fracturing is studied by laboratory experiments, numerical simulation and data comparison.First, horizontal stress, rock tensile strength, elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio, vertical principal stress,Bi otter coefficient, mineral composition and content, the fracture toughness values of rock mechanics parameters are obtained through the indoor experiment.A comprehensive evaluation on brittle rock is made by mechanical parameters of rock and mineral composition.Combined with rock mechanics testing horizontal stress difference and formation fracture development, using Meyer to simulate and analyze the rock brittleness, the horizontal stress difference and natural fracture development which affect volume fracturing effect.A conclusion is made that rock brittleness has more effect on volume fracturing than the horizontal stress difference when horizontal stress difference is small. And the field construction data shows that natural fracture development is a necessary condition for the block volume fracturing. Then the feasibility of wells volume fracturing in the blocks is evaluated by this conclusion.A system test method of Jilin Oilfield deep-seated tight gas reservoir rock mechanics parameters is formed by the research and a conclusion that how rock brittleness, the horizontal stress difference and natural fracture development affect volume fracturing is made which provided the data support for the volume fracturing feasibility analysis in the blocks.
