The Research Of Sand Control In Donghe Oil Field

This paper first carries on the investigation and study on the geological characteristics,geological conditions and historical data of wells of Donghe Oil Field,and preliminarily analyses the basic sanding situation of Donghe Oil Field.Then on the cores of Donghe Oil Field this paper does basic and mechanical experimental research.The data of granularity,permeability and porosity are obtained in the basic experimental research,and the judgement that mechanical sand control is suitable to Donghe Oil Field is made according to those data;triaxial stress,uniaxial stress,tensile stress,the cohesive force and angle of internal friction of the core are obtained in the mechanical experimental research,and on these the situation of sanding is forecasted.A variety of methods such as empirical method and Schlumberger method are used to calculate the critical sanding pressure and critical production.According to the actual situation of Donghe Oil field,the sand control simulation experimental research model is established to study the influence of sand control methods effecting on productivity index.According to the comparison of the results of the experiments,the most suitable method of Donghe Oil field is selected,and the suggestion of sand control in Donghe Oil field is provided.
