There is nearly 600 thousand tons of oil entering into the environment every year,causing serious pollution of soil,groundwater,river and ocean.At the same time,the human health and social economy has a serious harm because of the oil pollutants entering into the soil.Because of its low cost and little pollution,microbial soil remediation is concerned.The purpose of this paper is aiming at oil contaminated soil in Dagang oilfield,sampling contaminated soil analysing characteristics of soil pollution,forming origin of highly efficient oil degrading bacteria group of rapid screening,evaluation and experimental verification,developeing for the bioremediation of oil contaminated sitesHeavy metal test and oil pollutants test is carried for the polluted soil of Dagang Oilfield.It is concluded that the heavy metal content in most areas of Da Gang oil field is in the standard range,while the oil pollution is seriously polluted.Fifteen strains of single bacteria were screened out from the oil contaminated soil in the Dagang oilfield.A group of bacteria with the best symbiotic effect was selected by the orthogonal combination method and determined the best proportion between bacteriaThe amplified flora was added to the contaminated soil.The content of the oil and petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil is measured Normal paraffin of the part of C8-C14 and C15-C28 is measured.The screened bacteria with the added amount of 2.1L are superior to the 1.2L screened bacteria and the Exogenous bacteria.by comparing with the blank group,the results show that the screened bacteria have obvious effect on the remediation of polluted soil in the Dagang oilfield.In addition,slow release fertilizer has a certain effect on the degradation rate,but no significant improvement in the final degradation efficiency.The results show that using microbial screened to carry on soil restoration has guiding significance in Dagang Oilfield.
