Methyl-cyclohexyldiamine(MCHD),as one of the most important raw materials in organic synthesis and fine chemical,is one of the intermediates in the synthesis of polyurethane.Futhermore,MCHD can be produced by toluylene diamine(TDA)selective hydrogenation process. However, there are lower catalyst performance and complex influcing factors to execution in this process. The process conditons and the catalysts was studied on a fixed bed reactor based on the raw materials of toluene diamine and hydrogen, and the catalyst of modified Ru catalysts. In this dissertation, loading amount of the catalyst, support of catalyst, calcinations temperature and reduction temperature were investigated. Then the catalyst was modified to investigate the effect of modifiers, loading amount of modifiers and preparation of modified catalysts on the hydrogenation process. In this dissertation, reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity, the composition of hydrogen to TDA were investigated. And the causes of deactivation for Ru catalysts were investigated and provide technical supervision for the hydrogenation process on the industry scale.
