Based on the traditional cyclone separator, this study developed gas cyclone-liquid Jet method and the equipment, and carried out the flue gas desulfurization experiment with the equipment. The effects of gas concentration, gas flow, absorption fluid flow, reaction temperature and angle of jet hole on desulfurization efficiency were studied. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that the removal efficiency of SO2 increases first with the increase of the absorbent concentration, then keeps almost unchanged after the absorbent concentration reaching a certain concentration 8000g/m3.With the increase of gas flow, the removal efficiency of SO2 also increases. The removal efficiency of SO2 declines with the increase of SO2 imported concentration. With the increase of liquid flow, the removal efficiency of SO2 increases first and then tends to be unchanged to a certain degree. The energy consumption of the device increases with the increase of gas flow. The best removal efficiency of SO2 can reach 85%and 73%when using NaOH and Na2CO3 as the absorbent(2)The results show that the removal efficiency of H2S declines with the increase of gas flow. With the increase of liquid flow, the removal efficiency of SO2 increases. With the increase of H2S imported concentration, the removal efficiency of H2S increases. The removal efficiency of H2S declines with the increase of reaction temperature. The best removal efficiency of H2S can reach 97.01%,95.52%and 96.87%when using NaOH,Na2CO3 and MDEA as the absorbent. When the absorbent and operating parameters are same, the removal efficiency of radial jet hole is highest, and the removal efficiency of-45° jet hole is lowest, the difference is 24.62%.
