Screening Of Formulation System For Water Blocking And Profile Control Of Chang 6 Reservoir In Hujianshan

In this paper,by analyzing the geological characteristics of the Chang 6 reservoir of Hujianshan and the problems existing in the process of waterflood development,it is believed that the formation has a strong heterogeneity.With the deepening of waterflooding development,the water from the main well to the well becomes more prominent,and the formation pressure In order to improve the water flooding effect and increase the oil displacement efficiency,it is necessary to screen the rational profile formulation system for the geological and development characteristics of the Chang 6 reservoir of Hujianshan.Based on investigations of water shutoff profiles at home and abroad,Combine the actual situation of the horizon,three types of water shutoff profile control agents(pre-crosslinked gel particle profile control agents,associative polymer profile control agents,and High-strength composite blocking agent for indoor performance evaluation.The results show that the pre-crosslinked gel particles have good swelling(70-120 fold expansion in different fluids),good salt resistance,good thermal stability(60°C-70°C),and selective sealing.Characteristics such as properties;associative polymers have high viscosity,short dissolution time(30-40min),good temperature resistance(60°C-70°C),selective sealing property,etc.;high-strength composite blocking agent is extremely strong Plugging capacity.From indoor physical simulation results: pre-crosslinked gel particle profile control agent to increase oil displacement effect value(11.4-15.3%),associative polymer profile control agent(13.7-14.9%),high strength composite blocking agent(14-15.8%),the first compound profile control combination(15.7-17.1%),the second compound profile control combination(15.9-17.9%),and the second profile control agent combination(pre-crosslinked gel particles(1000mg/ L,0.1PV)-associated polymer(3000mg/L,0.2PV)-high-strength composite plugging agent(3500mg/L,0.05PV)is the most significant oil-removal effect,and the formula system can be applied to Hujianshan Chang 6 Reservoir profile control and water plugging.
