Magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA),also known as ferromagnetic shape memory alloy,which not only have temperature controlled and magnetically controlled memory effects.Compared with other intelligent materials,the material has many advantages,such as fast response,high energy density and large deformation.It has become a hot research topic in the application of smart materials.However,because of the inherent hysteresis nonlinearity and temperature sensitivity of MSMA,the application of MSMA in high precision positioning system is restricted.Therefore,this paper uses Ni2MnGa magnetic shape memory alloy actuator as a research object,research and analysis of its mechanical properties prediction experiment driving force magnetic-heat field,the optimum coupling conditions of MSMA drive precision positioning by using simulation technology,causes by domain wall motion analysis of the microscopic theory of MSMA hysteresis nonlinear phenomenon,put forward to improve the fitting accuracy,enhance the compensation ability and the method of optimal control strategies such as reducing the MSMA hysteresis nonlinearity to improve the positioning accuracy of precision drive.The paper is funded by the key technology of Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation,"dual redundancy high frequency and high flow self sensing servo valve key technology research"(2015CFA114).(1)Test the mechanical properties of MSMA force magnetic thermal multi field coupling drive,summarize the relationship between external pressure,temperature and magnetic induced strain and MSMA deformation,and get the hysteresis nonlinear curve of the material by loading dynamic magnetic field.(2)Based on the experimental data,the MSMA multi field coupling model is built by using the law of energy conservation and thermodynamics.The model uses multi parameter coupling method to predict the multi field coupling curve.The MSMA multi field coupling device is designed,and the optimum coupling condition of the precision positioning of the MSMA driver is verified by the simulation technology.(3)Using the microcosmic theory of magnetic domain wall motion to analyze the cause of MSMA hysteresis nonlinearity,it is proposed to improve the accuracy of MSMA positioning by improving the fitting accuracy,enhancing the compensation ability and optimizing the control strategy.
