Aging-resistance properties of the polymeric encapsulation material in photovoltaic modules is a very important factor for the modules service performance.Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate compoly(EVA)is primarily used.to encapsulate photovoltaic cells.In this paper,functional composite EVA film was prepared by using functional fillers aluminum oxide(Al2O3),coupling agent ?-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propytrimethoxysilane(KH560)and other additives.The ultraviolet aging-resistance properties of the film was studied,gel content and peel strength change were studied in the film aging process.SEM,TG and FT-IR were used to study aging mechanism of functional composite EVA.film.The results show that gel content,peel strength and aging resistance performance of the film were enhanced by Al2O3.Acetic acid can be absorbered and combined by Al2O3 is main reason of functional composite EVA film aging resistance performance was enhanced.Gel content,peel strength and aging resistance performance of the film were enhanced by KH560.Functional composite EVA film's aging resistance performance was enhanced by antioxygen 1010,and the film peel strength,gel content will be reduced when the antioxygen1010 content is too high.Functional composite EVA film's aging resistance performance was enhanced by light absorber UV-P,and it has no obvious effect on peel strength and gel content of the film.
