Tungsten resources in China are relatively early developed and tungsten smelting enterprises are more developed.However,up to now,the automation level of the tungsten smelting process in China is still low.Only large tungsten smelting enterprises such as Xiamen tungsten industry have built the automatic control system of the tungsten smelting process based on the DCS system.Because of the large fluctuation of raw material and complicated physical and chemical reaction process in tungsten smelting,the process process is carried out in a closed reactor with temperate pressure.The process parameters,such as the concentration of liquid component,are difficult to be detected online,which makes the process difficult to realize automatic control and affects the metal recovery and the stability of the product quality.In particular,the medium and small tungsten smelting enterprises are basically controlled by the way of artificial sampling to send the laboratory test,which restricts the efficient utilization of tungsten resources and provides the ability to provide high quality raw materials for the production of high end tungsten materials.Therefore,this paper takes the tungsten smelting ion exchange process as the object,analyzes the process process,develops the control system of the tungsten smelting ion exchange process,and provides a way to improve the automation level of the production process of the small and medium sized tungsten smelter.The main research work and conclusion are as follows.First,the process of tungsten smelting ion exchange process and its process mechanism and operation requirements are introduced.The mechanism of tungsten ion exchange process and the requirement of process control function are analyzed.The artificial approximate detection method of the concentration of material liquid in the process of tungsten ion exchange is investigated and analyzed,and a kind of method is designed.The online detection device is used for parameter detection of process control.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the function of the control system of the tungsten ion exchange process,the design of the control system based on PLC S7-300 is carried out,and the field level control system,process flow simulation and complex control model calculation are carried out in accordance with the field process equipment,which are controlled by PLC,the operator station and the engineer station.The control system of the tungsten ion exchange process is established from the thought of the central computing server,and the requirements of the process formula for the ion exchange process and the desorption agent are analyzed.The ingredients expertsystem is designed.Based on the artificial detection principle of tungsten blue method for the leakage time of the tungsten ion adsorption process,a neural network is designed.PSO optimized and LS-SVM combined PSO-LSSVM leakage time prediction model and tungsten ion adsorption end point judgement method.The test results show that the prediction accuracy of the tungsten ion adsorption terminal based on the leakage time prediction model is better than the result of artificial detection,and the leakage time prediction model can be used as a parameter detection method for the automatic control system of the tungsten ion exchange process.Finally,according to the design of the control system,the software and hardware configuration and selection of the system are made,and the related control system software of the tungsten ion exchange process is designed by using the map software,including the program design of touch screen,PLC,system configuration and system data communication.The industrial Ethernet protocol is adopted to ensure the fast and reliable data communication between the subsystems;the selection of the map software makes the system development more efficient and convenient,and shortens the development cycle of the system.
