Research On Monitoring System Of Remote Region Oil Well Production For Changqing Oilfield

Changqing Oilfield is fully implementing digital oilfield construction.Some remotely located oil wells are inconvenient due to geographical environment,electricity and networks are unreasonable,and they have become difficult points in the construction of digital oil fields.Therefore,it is of great significance to study monitoring system of remote region oil well production for Changqing Oilfield.This paper takes the monitoring system of remote region oil well production project of No.11 Oil well Production Plant in Changqing Oilfield as the background,analyzes the production technology and production status of remote region oil wells,studies requirements of monitoring system of remote region oil well production,and puts forward the remoteness composed of monitoring and collecting subsystems and monitoring and management subsystems.Well production monitoring system,hardware design and selection,software development research.On the hardware,wireless detection equipments,network camera and RTU independently developed were used to collect production data and images of remote oil wells.CDMA was used as a transmission network of data and images.Industrial control computers,servers,etc.constitute a monitoring and management center.The development of RTU uses STM32F407ZET6,Zigbee,Ethernet communication module and CDMA communication module to carry on MCU circuit,communication circuit and storage circuit design.Software,the use of Force control V2.1,Oracle The database,image service software and related components develop monitoring software on the Windows 7 operating system to provide users with basic information management,data monitoring and management,image monitoring management and remote monitoring management functions.The practical application shows that monitoring system of remote region oil well production for Changqing Oilfield has been put into use at the No.11 Oil Well Production Plant in Changqing Oilfield.The system has a good operating effect,meets the monitoring requirements of oil well production.It realizes the collection,transmission and monitoring management of well production data and images under the harsh conditions of no electricity and no net.It plays an important role in the digital construction and improvement of Changqing Oilfield,and has certain application and promotion value.
