Analyzing the present technology situation and current frontier methods in the field of control of vanadium extraction from stone coal in our country,formulate the corresponding technical route.Comparing the control characteristics of the PID control and Fuzzy control for industrial equipments,key process control parameters in the process of vanadium extraction from stone coal are confirmed.According to the existing data of material metering equipment,roasting kiln,countercurrent leaching pot establish mathematical model,and make Simulink simulation of PID control.By introducing Fuzzy-PID control,the control characteristic of roasting kiln is studied emphatically.The simulation results can be regarded as reference of control system design and adjust.Sorting a mountain of parameters in the process of roasting data,using the data mining of association rules method classify,process the various parameters in the process of vanadium extraction.Apriori algorithm is used for data association rules mining,finally get association rules of high degree of confidence.When the clinker leaching rate is over 75%,the roasting kiln temperature is at 880 ~ 930 ?,roasting reaction time is 2.35 ~ 2.55 h,the acid solution p H value keep in 2 ~ 2.5,the temperature of leaching liquid is at about 90 ?.under the guidance of result in the association rules,it can get the state of the optimal control of the whole production process,ultimately achieve the goal of improving the quality and output.Combining with C hina's current status of vanadium extraction from stone coal,establish management and control integration model based on the technique of distributed control system and PLC control technology,industrial Ethernet technology,real-time database technology and WinCC configuration software as the main monitoring technology.The implementation of integrated system is introduced by different level,through the equipment detection point level,production and operation level,management policy level,mutual coordination of three levels make the coordinated control of extraction vanadium process.Designing function interface on main equipment and process monitoring system,according to the special requirements of the material metering,roasting kiln,countercurrent extrac tion equipment,selecting a complete set of electrical and instrument control devices etc,gather all signal configuration of the whole vanadium extraction from stone coal,construct human-machine interface shown in total control room,provides the base for the realization of management and control integration.
