Dryer temperature is a key factor in the taste of cigarettes.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the method of fuzzy control to improve it.The main research contents include the following aspects:1)Study the basic knowledge of the working principle,structure and system architecture of dryingmachine,research on the current temperature control method of drying machine in Shifang Cigarette Factory,explores the factors affecting the drying effect of the actual production and the size of the influence of various factors.2)The fuzzy control of temperature control based on optimization of dryer.Study fuzzy theory,determine the input and output variables of tobacco control in the process,select the corresponding fuzzy,fuzzy control method is established for fuzzy control rule base,build the dryer temperature control model.The intelligent integral link and human imitation intelligent control are introduced to optimize the fuzzy controller.3)The fuzzy control toolbox and Simulink modulo based on MATLAB platform are used to build the system and carry out simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the established control system,and apply the control system designed in this paper to actual production.The simulation experiments and actual production results show that the traditional PID has a static error of 0.76%,overshoot is 3%,time to reach a stable temperature is 394 seconds,the fuzzy PID static error is 0.38%,overshoot is 1.088%,time to reach a stable temperature is 297 seconds,the difference in temperature is 0.19 degrees,97 seconds difference in response time.The fuzzy control of the dryer temperature optimization control method can effectively improve the level of intelligent tobacco production based on this study,improve the precision and accuracy of temperature control,improve product quality,and less manual intervention.
