The temperature of phase change materials have little change during the process of phase change.In addition,this process is accompanied by a large amount of energy absorption and release.The above characteristics of phase change materials can store solar energy and other clean energy effectively.On the other side,there are many problems in practical applications,such as easy flow and leakage.At the same time,the phase change material always have a low thermal conductivity,which limits its application too.To solve the above problems,phase change materials were encapsulated in an elastic polymer matrix and thermally conducted.In addition,the matrix material of the elastomer also widens its application range.In this paper,the shaped phase change materials were prepared through different methods,paraffin and EPDM were used as phase change material and supporting polymer matrix respectively.The different prepare methods and material ratios were discussed,and micro-morphology,leakage rate,mechanical properties and thermal properties were characterized.The influences of different preparation processes,different additive fractions and different material ratios on the leakage rate of elastic shaped phase change materials were investigated.The results show that the solution blending method is the best preparation method,wherein the number of vulcanizing additives is 3phr,the mass ratio EPDM and paraffin is 2:3,an elastic phase change material with excellent anti-seepage performance and strong mechanical properties is obtained,and its phase change threshold can reach a maximum of 172.30 KJ/Kg.EG was added as the thermal conductive filler into elastic phase change material,and a thermally conductive and elastic shaped phase change material was prepared by the solution blending method.The micro-morphology,leakage rate,thermal properties,thermal conductivity,and mechanical properties were characterized.The results show that the addition of EG has greatly improved the thermal conductivity of the elastic shaped phase change materials,along with the EG.The higher the content,the better the thermal conductivity was obtain,and the highest value can reach 1.98 W·m-1·K-1.Due to the capillary adsorption force of the porous network structure of EG,the leakage rate also has a good effect on a certain extent,but the increase of the amount of EG,the degree of damage of EG to EPDM three-dimensional network is greater than that of liquid paraffin.The effect of capillary adsorption can also lead to increased leakage.In the EG as a thermally conductive filler based on the introduction of CF&GR to form a synergistic thermal effect to further enhance the thermal cond uctivity,the results show that the thermal conductivity has a certain increase,but will affect the entire material leakage rate.
