Based on the analysis of the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of beam pumping unit and the research status of new type energy-saving pumping unit,a new mode swing crank-slide bar beam pumping unit is put forward.First,a brief introduction to the working principle and energy saving mechanism of the swing crank-slide bar beam pumping unit.A swing crank-slide bar beam pumping unit composes of motor,reducer,crank,slider,guide rod,frame and wire rope.Up and down stroke is performed by slider moving along guide-rod guide apparatus resulting guide rod up and down movement against supporting point of pumping frame.Crank automatically adjusts torque according to the changes of hanging point loading when slider moves along guide rod.This maintains the net torque of brace axis always at its best condition.The net torque curve is very smooth and uneven loading factor CLF value approaches 1.The novel swing crank-slide bar beam pumping unit dramatically decreases the rated power and effective power,which indicates that the novel pumping unit has more notable energy conservation effect and better dynamic performance.Second,kinematic analysis of swing crank-slide bar beam mechanism is carried out by analytic method and to get the horsehead’s displacement,velocity and acceleration equations and kinematic analysis curve.The ADAMS simulation analysis software is used to simulate the swing crank-slide bar beam mechanism and verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation.Analyze the suspension point load of pumping unit and to get the dynamometer diagram of suspended load.The dynamic analysis of the swinging crank-slide bar beam pumping unit is carried out and the dynamic performance parameters are obtained.Comparing the conventional pumping unit,the energy saving efficiency of the swinging crank-slide bar beam pumping unit is obviously better than that of the conventional pumping unit.Last,three dimensional design software is used to design the digital prototype of the swinging crank-slide bar beam pumping unit and draw the two-dimensional drawing of each part,so as to provide technical support for the production and processing of the pumping unit.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to check the Stress and strain ofkey parts of the pumping unit and corresponding gives the stress and strain nephogram.
