Abstract/Summary:
China is a large country of grain production.Grain drying is a key link in grain processing and a relatively weak link.In China,the tower dryer is the most widely used in drying equipment in the present stage of corn drying.Because of the drying dead angle,the drying machine is easy to cause the uneven drying of grain,which makes the quality of the corn after drying is difficult to guarantee;it mainly uses the traditional hot air stove for heating,the heat efficiency is low,and it will also cause pollution to the environment.Owing to the problems of low heat utilization efficiency,poor drying quality,nonuniform drying and environmental pollution in corn drying,a new alternative drying technology is urgently needed to reduce energy consumption in the drying process.At the same time,the structure of drying equipment should be improved to improve the quality of corn drying.In this paper,in view of the existing problems of the tower dryer which has been widely used in the drying of corn in China,the structure of the tower dryer is optimized and improved.The drying system of a new type of energy saving and environmental heat pump combined drying tower is designed by the heat pump drying technology.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and heat transfer,the FLUENT software is used to analyze the heat flow field in the dry tower,which provides a scientific basis and theoretical basis for solving the problem of corn drying in the actual production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The heat pump drying technology is introduced into the corn drying,and the applicability of the heat pump technology in the corn drying technology is explored to improve the energy utilization rate and the drying efficiency in the corn drying.2.According to the drying demand of corn,the main size of drying section and cooling section of the drying tower is designed and calculated,and the three-dimensional fluid model is established in ANSYS workbench.At the same time,the structure of the five-edge shaped corner box structure of the drying tower is optimized and improved.The heat pump main engine,compressor and fan are selected and calculated,and the heat pump unit and the drying tower are matched to form the drying system of the heat pump combined drying tower.3.Fluent software is used to simulate the distribution of hot air temperature field,pressure field and velocity field in the first dry section corner box opening blinds and the corner box without blinds.4.Analyzing the influence of the blinds on the distribution of hot air temperature field on the angle box.Under the condition of a single blinds area,the influence of opening rate on the distribution of hot air temperature field is studied.Under the condition of the same blinds opening rate,the influence of the cross-sectional area of blinds on the distribution of hot air temperature field is studied.
