Cellulose fiber is still the most widely and practical fabric raw because of its rich source, excellent performance and green environmental protection. In daily life, people have various requirements for style and function of clothing. For the fabric of single fiber, there are some defects in the style and performance,so more and more fabrics were used cellulose as raw materials. The fabric woven with a variety of cellulose fibers can be complementary advantages, however, the aggregation structure of the fibers in the blended fabric is different, which results in the difference in dyeing properties of blended fabrics. At present, the most important dye in the dyeing of cellulose fiber is reactive dye,in order to meet the demand of market color diversification,it often takes several dyes to match colors to achieve. However,in the actual application process, the reactive dyes have strong dependence on the conditions and the process parameters change slightly. It is easy to produce color difference before and after dyeing, even though the color reproducibility of the same formula is also poor,so the homochromatic properties of the blended fabric and color matching of reactive dyes research are particularly important. The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Firstly,the structures of dyestuff and fiber were studied, the matrix structure of the dyestuff was analyzed, and the structure of cotton, linen, viscose and Tencel fibers were tested. The results showed that the Reactive Red 3BE,Reactive Blue BF and Reactive Yellow 3RE are all azo dyes, the Reactive Brilliant Blue RV is anthraquinone and the Reactive Turquoise Blue G is phthalocyanine dye.The order of crystallinity of cotton, linen, viscose and Tencel fibers is: linen > Tencel> cotton > viscose, the order of specific surface area is: Tencel > viscose > cotton > linen, the order of pore size is viscose > linen > cotton > Tencel, the order of swelling degree is viscose > Tencel > cotton > linen.(2)The effect of cellulose fiber structure on the dyeing properties of reactive dyes was studied under the same conditions with the dyeing of cotton, linen, viscose and Tencel fibers respectively. Results show that using Reactive Red 3BE on cotton, linen, viscose,Tencel fiber dyeing under the same conditions, and the other conditions were unchanged, when the dosage of salt or alkali was changed alone, the initial dyeing rate, dyeing percentage and fixation rate were all viscose > Tencel > cotton > linen. The other conditions remained unchanged, when the dye dosage was reduced, the addition of alkali may lead to the decrease of dye uptake rate and fixation rate of viscose and Tencel. In the same condition, using Reactive Red 3BE,Reactive Brilliant Blue RV and Reactive Turquoise Blue G three different matrix structure types of dyes on cotton, linen, viscose,Tencel fiber dyeing respectively, the order of S value of Reactive Red 3BE,Reactive Brilliant Blue RV were all viscose > Tencel > cotton > linen, the order of S value of Reactive Turquoise Blue G was Tencel > cotton > viscose > linen.and active, the order of S value of reactive brilliant blue dye red E value of viscose fiber, the F value are the largest, when dyed hemp E value,F value are minimal. When Reactive Red 3BE,Reactive Brilliant Blue RV dyed viscose, the E value and F value were the largest, and the E value and F value fiber were the smallest when dyeing linen.(3)The homochromatism of cellulose blended fabrics by one-bath dyeing was investigated, through the same two-component one bath dyeing of cotton, linen, viscose, and Tencel fibers. The results showed that when the Reactive Red 3BE was used to dye the bicomponent fibers in the same bath under the same conditions, the color difference between the cotton and the linen fibers became smaller and the homochromatic property was better when only the dosage of salt or dye was increased, while the homochromatic property of Tencel and cotton,Tencel and viscose,Tencel and linen, cotton and viscose, linen and viscose were all worse.Under the same conditions,Reactive Red 3BE,Reactive Brilliant Blue RV and Reactive Turquoise Blue G were used respectively to dye the bicomponent fibers in the same bath,In the Reactive Red and Reactive Turquoise Blue dyeing,Tencel and cotton, cotton and linen fibers exhibited good homogeneity, while cotton and linen, linen and viscose fibers were only dyed exhibited good homogeneity in the same bath by Reactive Turquoise Blue, indicating that the dyes need to be selected when the cellulose fibers are dyed in the same bath in order to achieve better homochromatism.(4)The influence of dyestuff structure on color matching performance was discussed by comparing the dyeing of cotton fabric with single reactive dyes and combination dyes. The results showed that when the azo-type Reactive Blue BF was matched with Reactive Red 3BE or Reactive Yellow 3RE,the compatibility performance was better because of the similar matrix structure. When the Reactive Brilliant Blue RV of anthraquinone was matched with Reactive Red 3BE and Reactive Yellow 3RE respectively, the effect was different because of the different structure of azo dyes on the color matching performance. When the Reactive Turquoise Blue G of phthalocyanine was matched with Reactive Red 3BE and Reactive Yellow 3RE respectively, there may be a great influence due to the different structure of azo dyes.
