Currently,most of the sesame lignans are extracted from sesame seeds,sesame oil,pancakes,and oil feet,but the extraction of it by leaching sesame oil is less studied.The leaching of sesame oil as an intermediate product in the production process of oils is not only rich in sources but also a good source of sesame lignans.This topic uses the leaching of sesame oil as raw material and ethanol as solvent to study the best process for extracting sesame lignans.Then purify the sesame lignan of obtained from the previous step,and perform quality analysis on the remaining crude oil.In order to enable it to be refined and provide it a theoretical basis for becoming a refined oil,and at the same time to design lignan extraction and oil refining processes based on relevant data.When extracting sesame lignans,choose the seven factors that affect the extraction effect:the ratio of feed liquid,solvent concentration,stirring time,extraction temperature,stirring intensity,standing time,and standing time,to do single factor experiments,and design orthogonal experiments to get the best process parameters.The experimental results showed that the highest extraction rate was obtained at the ratio of material to liquor 1:4,extraction time 0.5 h,ethanol concentration 95%,stirring temperature 60°C,extraction 3times,standing time 2 h,and rotation speed 400 r/min.The highest extraction rate is86.99%.After obtaining the best conditions,adjust the process parameters according to the actual situation to do the pilot test,that is,only the factors that affect the factor with the highest extraction rate are adjusted.The pilot experiment is divided into two types:continuous type and batch type.The proportion of feed liquid is 1:1 to 1:2.Both extraction methods have a maximum extraction rate of 1:2.Among them,the best continuous extraction rate was 34.22%,and the batch extraction rate was 55.83%.According to the results of the pilot test,a batch method with a high extraction rate was selected as the actual production method.After the solvent is removed from the ethanol mixture,the resulting solid is naturally crystallized at room temperature and divided into liquid and solid parts.The liquid portion contains 1.82-2.21%of sesamin.The purity of sesamin in the crystalline portion is 48.73%,and the purity of sesamerin is 5.71%.In the separation and purification process,the liquid part was treated with supercritical CO2.After analyzing the results,it was found that supercritical CO2 had no significant purification effect on sesamin,but it had a significant purification effect on sesame seedlings,and the purified purity was 84.6%.According to the search data,no such results have yet been found in other studies.Crystalline at the untreated case,the purity of sesamin was 48.73%,the purity of sesamin was 5.71%,the purity of the product was 86.25%after washing with petroleum ether,and the purity of sesamolin was1.99%.The recrystallization experiment was performed using anhydrous ethanol as a crystallization agent and the crystaLs washed with petroeum ether.The conditions were obtained at a solvent ratio of 1:80?g/mL?and a crystallization time of 50 min with maximum yied of crystaization.The purity after crystallization was 93.54%,the purity of sesamolin was 3.43%,the purity of secondary crystallization sesamin was 95.64%,and the purity of sesamolin was 3.62%.The leaching sesame oil after the extraction of sesame lignans for performance comparison analysis.The results showed that after alcohol extraction,the pectin-soluble and fat-soluble impurities of the crude oil were reduced,the phospholipid content was reduced by 44.12%,and the acid value was reduced by 88.71%.These changes make the subsequent refining process easier to complete.After refining,the oil extracted from lignans has a51.03%increase in linolenic acid content compared to direct refined oil,a higher peroxide value,a 59.69-day reduction in shelf life,and a refined oil product obtained by direct refining with wool oil.It is 16.59%less than the shelf life.The other indicators are not much different and are within the national standard.It shows that after alcohol extraction,the quality of leaching sesame oil is greatly improved,and the quality of refined oil is within an acceptable range.leaching sesame oil can continue to be refined into refined oil after lignin extraction.According to the above two chapters,equipments Completed 15 T/D leaching sesame oil extraction sesame lignan and refining process design tasks.Since the quality of the crude oil is greatly improved after ethanol extraction of sesame lignan,especially the reduction of the acid value and the phospholipid content,not only the amount of water and alkali can be reduced,but also the refining can be performed under relatively mild conditions.While saving costs and achieving better benefits,it also plays a role in saving resources and protecting the environment.
