The permeability of the reservoir in the low-permeability reservoir is poor,and the site is generally developed by intermittent oil recovery.The reasonable intermittent oil recovery mechanism can ensure the efficient development of the low permeability reservoir.In this paper,by studying the effective travel variation law of the pumping pump to reveal the most direct influence parameter of the moving surface of the oil well,the state of the submersible liquid supply is characterized without the need of measuring the moving liquid surface.By using partial differential equation,the dynamic model of rod liquid coupling was established to determine the pump dynamometer card.The fault diagnosis model of pumping unit based on standard error is put forward for the first time to ensure the normal operation of pumping unit.A de-noising model to eliminate the local fluctuation of the pump dynamometer card and the noise cancellation noise of high frequency interference is established.The effective travel identification model based on the standard error method is proposed to realize the effective stroke identification of the pump based on the pump dynamometer.Through the time measurement of the dynamometer,and converted into the pump dynamometer,the mathematical model of the effective travel time of the pump is established,and the change rule of the effective stroke of the pump is studied.Based on the study of the effective travel time of the pump and the time law of the moving liquid surface,the numerical model of the interval and intermittent period is established,and a reasonable intercropping mechanism is established.Finally,through the theoretical calculation of the rationality of the pumping mechanism,the use of intelligent oil well control device to achieve pumping between the pumping control function.The study of this paper provides a new dynamic tracking intermittent oil recovery model for low permeability oil wells,which has a certain guiding effect on production practice.
