| Ecological Risk Assessment(ERA)is used to assess the process that external factors have a negative impact on the ecological environment.ERA can provide the basis for the adoption of effective ecological protection measures and the formulation of reasonable environmental policies.Currently,there are many types of ecological risk assessment platforms,which can generally support the data fitting and data calculation of common models.However,the existing evaluation tools usually do not have a relatively perfect ecological environment database,which is not conducive to the accumulation of data,and also affect the further data miming.In this study,regarding the issue above,a friendly visual ecological risk assessment system was constructed,which can be used for data fitting,analysis data and data mining.In addition,the ecological risk assessment database including environmental toxicological data and microbial biological data was established in the system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Construction of ecological risk assessment database:This database included environmental toxicological data,environmental pollutant data,microbiological biological data and experimental information data.The user can add attributes of data table and create new data table based on research needs.In addition,the database operating system was developed to meet the functions of data query,upload,add attribute of data table,create new data table,etc.(2)Visualization of the ecological risk assessment system:In the framework of the species sensitivity distribution method,the data fitting and visualization can be implemented based on the common model and user defined model for the ecological risk assessment.The use of C#and R mixed program effectively improves the extensibility,data processing capability and interface visualization effect.(3)Implementation of data mining platform based on R and C#programming language:The data mining function is realized by embedding the R data processing platform in the system interface,and the data processing and operation platform is provided for the ecological risk assessment of the data mining method.In summary,the ecological risk assessment system is developed by using C#,SQL Server and R mixed programming method,which can achieve the fuctions of ecological risk database operation,ecological risk visible and data mining.This study may provide a data analysis and visiable platform for ecological risk assessment studies,and it may also help to assess ecological risks and accumulate assessment data of ecological risk assessment. |
