In this paper,the basic structure,physical and chemical properties,preparation methods and application of graphene and its composite materials are reviewed.On the basis of molecular design,urushiol and graphene oxide,with unique chemical structure and properties,were selected.s units to fabricate three kinds of,graphene/urushiol composite films with different structures and excellent corrosion resistance under mild conditions.The research work mainly includes the following three aspects:Firstly,take advantage of the hydrogen bonding and ?-? interaction,the compact and defectless three-dimensional semi-interpenetrating network structural(rGO/PU)n anticorrosive ultra-thin films were prepared on copper through layer by layer self-assembly technology combined with heat treatment.The assembling process,the morphology and structure,and the corrosion resistant properties of the ultra-thin film were investigated.The resultant(rGO/PU)4 film showed pronounced protective efficiency with icorr reaching 6.2×10-2 ?A/cm2 and inhibiting efficiency(IE)of about 99.8%.And the morphology of(rGO/PU)4 film remained integrated and defect-free after immersion in 3.5 wt.%NaCl for 48h.Secondly,utilization of assembly of graphene oxide into 3D network gel on conductive surface and the thermal curing of urushiol,the compact and defectless three-dimensional rGO/PU anticorrosive composite films were also prepared on copper by two-step method.In the composite film,the urushiol was interspersed in the graphene sheet by hydrogen bonding and?-? interaction with graphene oxide.The composite coating exhibited excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistance due to the shielding effect of graphene and the intrinsic corrosion resistance of urushiol.The corrosion current density(Icorr)of copper coated with composite coating is as low as 1.1×10-2?A/cm2,and the maximum corrosion inhibition efficiency is up to 99.99%.Thirdly,by one step electrodeposition technology,which is simple,easy to control,green,low consumption and pure product,the polymerized urushiol/graphene composite film can also be obtained on stainless steel substrate.The effects of electrodeposition conditions and the doping amount of graphene on the structure,thermal stability and corrosion resistance of the composite coating were investigated.The results showed that the prepared composite coating displayed good salt tolerance,acid resistant and water-resistant,In particular,the composite coating(F-EPU/rGO)exhibits a more excellent anticorrosive effect when the graphene oxide concentration in the electrolyte is greater than 0.75 mg/mL.
