In order to meet the growing energy demand of the national economy,China's coal mining scale is expanding year by year and the speed of mining is accelerating?The blind pursuit of economic growth and ignoring of the security risks,as a result,the coal mine safety accidents occur continuously in recent years.After the coal mine accident,the key to the timely implementation of personnel rescue operations depends on obtaining location information of trapped survivors quickly and accurately.In order to solve the problem of underground personnel locating after the mine accident,the detection system of the ground motion signals based on the vector sensor is proposed.In the event of mine accidents,the system locate the trapped personnel accurately by detecting the vibrating signal that was produced by trapped survivors hitting the ground or surrounding walls.Through providing a scientific basis for personnel rescue,this can make contributions to find trapped survivors position in the gold rescue time,thereby taking rescue operations to reduce casualties.In this paper,the propagation law of ground motion signal is studied firstly.Based on this theory,the method of target azimuth estimation is put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent experiments and data processing.Then the system is designed and developed according to the characteristics of the seismic wave's propagation.The system mainly includes: front-end sensor,signal conditioning circuit,data acquisition module and post-processing host computer.Finally,the whole system is used to carry out the field experiment to verify the directional ability and accuracy of the designed ground motion detection system.The design of this system provides a new method for underground personnel positioning.At present in China,the research of this system is relatively less,which has good research development space and market prospect,and can produce larger social benefits.
