Modern industrial production,Reheating Furnace process is one of the important processes in the whole hot mill production.It affects the quality of the slab heating,equipment stable and production rhythm.Also reduce fuel consumption and improve energy efficiency.Automatic combustion furnace according to the requirements of the model to achieve the automatic burn steel.From the points of view for practical uses,this thesis takes the reheating furnace control system of 1780mm hot mill factory in an steel Iron and Steel Company as an object.By analyzing the specialty of new technical,new device,new production and technology in existence,design and implementation of the furnace control function have been made.Based on the actual situation in the field,combined with analysis of the existing technology,developed a number of novel and highly practical furnace computer control.Introduction furnace process,s eel temperature model describes the main process equipment related principles and parameters.The main contents include the following aspects,first of all,introduce the entire furnace process computer control system,including system hardware configuration of content,platforms,external and internal relationship associate relations.Secondly,the entire computer controlled furnace in the core model automatic combustion control model to study focuses on the part of the model algorithm to achieve research results.Where the research part of the model has the following main aspects:the slab temperature calculation,temperature setting calculation,interval extended calculation,focusing on the slab temperature calculation model parts.Finally,a method is selected temperature of the furnace steel model optimization,optimization strategies proposed key parameters,given the principle and implementation steps,and using field data,simulation,analysis of experimental results.Actual results indicate that there is a computer controlled design and model optimization method proposed in this paper good tracking performance and control performance,providing a practical evaluation methods to reduce furnace energy waste in the production process.
