Fiberglass continuous raw silk blanket is a new type of non-woven reinforced base material,which is a bunch of a bunch of fiberglass with chaotic circular ring shape distribution,multiple overlapping tiles.Glass fiber bundle brings together felt or binder by sewing.It is widely used in the manufacture of complex glass and steel products.In order to adapt to the majority of industrial use environment,we have proposed the uniform tensile strength of the glass fiber in various directions.In order to achieve this industrial requirement,it is not only to ensure that the continuous glass fiber is falling into a circular ring,but also to make the direction of the glass fiber in the direction of the network is with the direction of 45 degrees.In order to meet the requirement of glass fiber felt,The design can control the continuous glass fiber movement accurately.Therefore,The requirement of process performance of continuous raw silk felt processing equipment is higher.Based on the independent stability control idea of single beam of glass fiber,Therefore,A single fiber guide tube is designed to guide a continuous glass fiber falling flat and each fiber guide tube is driven by a set of corresponding crank slider mechanism.The fiber guide tube is divided into two groups,which is different from the initial installation phase of the crankshaft and leads to the cross-oscillation of the phase separation between the guide tube and the control of the speed through the PLC.This mechanism accurately defines the falling trajectory of continuous glass fiber in front of the net,which is the form of fiber grid.This process design needs to keep the guiding tube cycle swinging with the speed of the network belt forward.The tensile strength of the continuous glass fiber felt was adjusted to the industrial production within the allowable range.The design of continuous glass fiber strand mat thrown silk institutions enrich the method of throwing silk into a blanket of mechanical structure,summarizes some experiences and lessons of the production of the original silk blanket,which has enriched the types of glass fiber products in China.
