With the development of technology,electroplating industry involves a wide range of the area of our life.A lot of strong acid,strong base,heavy mental and other harmful chemicals are put to use in the electroplating process.These chemicals lead to the complexity of contaminant.It will be hard to meet the emission standard unless these chemicals be separately collected and treated.This paper set a background of a electroplating industrial district,the electroplating complex wastewater are separately separated before being treated.This can be targeted and efficient.An economical and viable process program has been designed for the high concentrations of Cu2+,Ni+,Zn2+,ammonia nitrogen and other contaminant in the wastewater.This process program combined chemical pretreatment with A2/O+MBR process.The removal rate of Cu2+,Ni+,Zn2+in the pretreatment are 99.7%,98.3%,99%respectively.The removal rate of COD?NH3-N?TP in the biochemical stage are 77%,93.2%,94.4%respectively.The emission of MBR meet the electroplating emission standard.The high quality effluent and the stability of MBR made it widely used in water treatment.Because of the heavy membrane pollution and high gas-water ratio,new system of aeration and catchment are used to optimize the special structure of membrane module and to retard membrane pollution.The membrane module in this paper is external pressure type hollow fiber membrane,the bore diameter is 0.2?m,the cycle is 15 min,the run-stop ratio is 12 min:3 min,the gas-water ratio is 20:1,the method implemented in the system is introducing gas from the bottom and discharging water at the top,the membrane module is cube,the designed size of length-width-height is 650×500×1200 mm,the separation distance of hollow filament membrane is 100 mm,the distance between the upper end of module and the midcourt line of catchment-box is 150 mm,the distance between the bottom of module and the midcourt line of catchment-box is 70 mm,the distance between the bottom of module and the midcourt line of gas ditribution-box is 150 mm,the distance between the bottom of module and the midcourt line of perforated pipe is 150 mm.Apply the modified membrane module in engineering project,present commission program and make analysis of technique and economic for every stage.
