With the development of society,more and more solid waste is produced.These solid wastes not only occupy a large amount of land,pollute the environment,but also waste a precious resource.In recent years,urbanization,resulting in some local "pie" type of rapid expansion,resulting in the greening area decreased rapidly,city roads and idle land gradually covered area even building impervious material.On the one hand,urban water consunption increases;on the other hand,rainfall is much lower than water consumption,resulting in lower groundwater levels,and urban water use has become increasingly dependent on rivers and groundwater.Therefore,the development of "sponge city" is the trend of the times.Permeable materials are indispensable in the development of sponge cities.In this paper,porous water-permeable materials inlaying nano titanium have been researched fabricated from solid wastes,which not only have permeability performance,but also can disinfect and degrade the organic under ultraviolet light.During the experiment,two or three Grade Diatomite and sugar filter mud were used as the main raw materials.Borax and dolomite are used as fluxes,and the alkaline earth metal elements such as Na,Mg and Ca have fluxing action,which can obviously reduce the sintering tenperature of the sample.The effects of sintering temperature and formulation on the phase composition,microstructure,strength,water permeability and photocatalytic properties of the sample were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and DSC,et.al.It was found that when diatomite 70 wt%,sugar filtered sludge 20 wt%,dolomite 6 wt%and borax 4 wt%,sintering tenperature is 800?,sintering 2h was obtained,and physical and mechanical properties of porous materials conforming to the national standard were obtained.After sintering,samples are well made of quartz,calcium feldspar,mullite,Ca3B2O6 and lime.The porosity of the prepared sample is 50.39%,the density is 1250Kg/m3,the compressive strength is 10.05MPa,and the permeability coefficient is 1.15x10-2cm/s after loading nanometer TiO2.Micro emulsion preparation of nano titanium precursor by two times calcination,the TiO2 precursor load to the porous material at 500? calcining 2h,amorphous TiO2 all transformed into anatase TiO2 and the loaded into the porous material matrix.the degradation rate of methylene orange solution in lOOmin is 97%under UV irradiation.
