| Floating production storage system(FPSO)is a necessary floating engineering facility for offshore oil production and transportation.Due to the limitation of petroleum production operation,FPSO is usually continuous operation at sea,and it has strict requirements on the strength of FPSO hull structure.Therefore,from the point of view of structural design and reliability,it is of universal significance to analyze the structural strength of FPSO under the action of hydrostatic force and wave induced bending moment.In the FPSO construction program,the tanker FPSO is a large part of the transformation.In this paper,the strength of FPSO is evaluated by the finite element method with an example of FPSO reconstruction of an oil tanker.The main research topics are as follows:1.combined with the FPSO service characteristics,study and determine the FPSO loading load,focusing on the study of FPSO in irregular waves motion and wave induced load,through DNV-GL SESAM software as the main tool to study the determination of ultimate load is FPSO structure strength analysis,and the parameters of limit load under the condition of structure strength analysis by MSC PATRAN/NASTRAN software company.2.Explain the basic principle of finite element method,discuss the finite element method in ship modeling and calculation process,and discuss the application of structural strength analysis of oil tanker refitted FPSO.3.According to the example of oil tanker refitting FPSO,the whole ship finite element model is established.Through analysis and calculation,the stress results are summarized,and the high stress area is analyzed and discussed. |
