Low field NMR inversion technique is a solution of technical means used in the spectrum of low field NMR by inversion,the T2 relaxation curves are widely used in petroleum,the process parameters of food and medicine in the field of testing and quality control,such as the ability to quickly and accurately measure the rate of oil water oil ratio,etc.flat capacitor charging current in the electrochemical response curve is similar to that of low field NMR relaxation spectrum.Therefore,in this study,the analytical method of inversion spectrum analysis and the method of post spectral parameters are used to analyze the electrochemical relaxation response signal and apply it to the detection of food samples.A capacitive sensing inversion system is designed.This paper makes a systematic research on the following aspects:(1)Construction and optimization of flat capacitive sensorBy comparing 0.01 mol/L sodium glutamate solution,0.01 mol/L tartaric acid solution,0.01 mol/L sodium chloride solution in platinum three electrode system,microtube three electrode system,original three electrode system,three sensor structures(0.4 V,0.7 V,1 V,1.3 V)under the excitation of the current curve to obtain the inversion results of the joint iteration(SIRT)algorithm.From the number of inversion peaks,the coefficient of variation of the peak area,inversion of the area of the signal size of the peak to evaluate the three sensor systems,four kinds of voltage inversion results are good or bad,the best sensor system is platinum electrode three electrode system,and the optimum voltage is 1 V voltage.(2)Optimization and construction of capacitive sensing inversion systemThe optimum signal and the optimal voltage conditions were used to select the three types of citric acid solution,tween-80 solution and xanthan gum solution.The electrochemical relaxation signal was collected and the current signal was partially attenuated for citric acid solution to the zero near the material,the use of raw data for inversion analysis,the algorithm optimization results for the distribution of the way for the logarithmic distribution,the number of iterations 1000,the inversion results for the vertical coordinate system with linear coordinates,abscissa with logarithmic coordinates the in this paper,the results of the algorithm optimization are as follows:the distribution method is logarithmic and the number of iterations is 10000.the results show the linear coordinates of the ordinate and the logarithmic coordinates of the abscissa.By analyzing the correlation between the peak area and the concentration,the optimal algorithm optimization conditions and the original or difference data processing have the good correlation with the concentration of the other peak area except the second peak area of xanthan gum.(3)Application of inversion peak areaThe results show that the current signal is collected by platinum electrode three electrode system and the 1 V voltage.The difference data processing,the combined iterative algorithm inversion and the peak signal are used to study the current signal of the guar gum,hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and locust bean gum.The area calculation code calculates the inversion peak area,and the correlation between the different inversion peak area and the concentration is analyzed,and the application value of the analytical parameters in the samples of food colloid is determined.The correlation coefficients of the first two inversion peak areas and the concentration of the three substances were all greater than 0.9,indicating that the corresponding inversion peak area and concentration showed good correlation in colloidal substances,indicating that the peak area and concentration model parameters the concentration of food colloid detection.In the study of the relationship between the new inversion peak area and the concentration,the transition point of the peak area can be used to calculate the property transition point of the colloidal solution,that is,the dispersion state of the molecular chain,to the transition state of the overlapping state.Which provides a reference value for the further application of electrochemistry.In this paper,the capacitance sensor system combined with joint iterative algorithm can provide a certain scientific reference value for the property transition state of food colloid system,and provide a new idea for the analysis of electrochemical relaxation signal.
