Fire detector is the core of fire extinguishing systems and fire alarm device.It is responsible for detecting and monitoring the protected area continuously,which can detect the cause of fire(such as temperature,smoke and fire),generate the alarm signal,and put out the fire rapidly,accurately,and timely.With the development of fire protection technology of the oil,gas and petrochemical processing areas,and the advent of the era of the Internet of things,it is necessary to develop the wireless fire detector equipment.Because of outstanding performance and low cost,the wireless ultraviolet detector is more suitable for implementing the regional fire monitor.The purpose of this paper is to design a wireless ultraviolet detector,and to study further of the detection principle of the detector.On this basis,I design the ultraviolet flame detector system,including the optical system design,ultraviolet UV signal processing system design,power supply circuit design,etc.In the optical system design has two part of detector window and dustproof function,the design of the signal processing circuit has two part of detector output signal and the signal transmission,the power supply circuit has two part of the detector of drive power supply and the controller power supply.Then,it introduced the wireless sensor network protocol under the IEEE802.15.4 transceiver principle of CSMA/CA algorithm.According to the problems of the original CSMA/CA algorithm,I put forward the improved CSMA/CA algorithm.The improved algorithm is verified by simulation algorithm,which can effectively improve data communication between the regional node throughput,then choose a kind of wireless communication module to supply this algorithm.Finally,the ultraviolet flame detector is tested about the overall system performance,such as the output waveform,response time,detection range,wireless data transceiver ability,etc.The experimental results show that the wireless ultraviolet detector system achieve what to expect,it can be practical application in the monitoring of the fire alarm.
