| In this paper,the Glass edge grinding device as the objectbased on the glass knife control algorithm and glass characteristics.On the basis of the requirement of the straight glass grinding process,the paper studies the control algorithm of the glass straight grinding grinding cutter,analyzes and designs the main function components,builds the hardware system of the platform,writes the software of the lower computer control system and the design software of the glass flower,Achieve the glass straight edge grinding device and the glass loading and unloading device development.The theoretical research of this paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation Project "glass grinding and polishing radial grinding force constraint adaptive control theory and method"(51405445).First,the key technologies of the glass straight edge grinding device are studied.Based on the linear and arc cutter compensation,the algorithm of cutter compensation control for NURBS curve is studied.The relationship between cutter compensation curve and glass processing contour is studied.Based on this,The over-cutting warning in the glass edge grinding process was studied and the algorithm of NURBS curve compensation control was verified by program.Secondly,according to the glass straight edge grinding process,analysis of edge grinding equipment and glass of the main function,division of function modules,and the research to the composition of glass straight edge grinding equipment,device design and implementation of main functions,clear the principle of realization of each function module,and determine the process route and control process of the machine.Then,the composition of the hardware of the glass straight edge grinding device is studied and the selection is completed.Select the Mitsubishi Q06 UDEH and Mitsubishi QD77MS16 programmable controller simple motion controller as the core of control system components,set the parameters of motion controller;select the Mitsubishi MR-JE amplifier and the motor as the glass straight edge grinding device driving system,selection of Mitsubishi FR-E700 series of general-purpose drive to achieve the wheel rotation control.The interface circuit design of motion controller and servo amplifier,servo motor,electric control cabinet design and complete the layout.Finally,based on the technological requirements and control flow of the glass edge grinding device,the software of the lower computer control system is designed.According to the pursuit of personalized glass in the market,the glass flower software are designed.And complete the software of the control system and the debugging of the glass floral software. |
