The wide use of electronic equipment makes electromagnetic radiation become a common concern of society.Electromagnetic radiation protection and application of the main electromagnetic shielding,electromagnetic absorption two ways,absorbing technology is mainly used in military anti-jamming field.According to the principle of absorbing wave,the research and development of absorbing materials can be carried out from the aspects of material selection and material structure design,which realizes "thin thickness,light quality,frequency bandwidth and strong absorption".Irn order to develop high performance absorbing materials,the paper selects the common textile fiber and the textile fiber doped with wave absorbing nano-particles,and combines the thinking of the block diamond design,the influence of diamond-shaped structure,diamond size and diamond arrangement on the absorbing property of the fabric is studied by rhombus structure and structure design;and a certain concentration of absorbing nano-particles impregnation liquid is used to impregnate the diamond-structured fabric.Infiltration,heat treatment,preparation of sandwich structure of textile composite materials,improve the efficiency of the absorption of fabrics,reduce the transmission of fabrics,the relationship between the absorption performance of textile composites and diamond-shaped structure,diamond size,diamond arrangement.The research results show that:(1)The diamond structure fabrics prepared by the common textile fiber and the textile fiber doped with wave absorbing nano-particles has a certain absorbing effect in the 7?12GHZ and 15?16GHZ range,the reflectivity dB value is lower than-1dB.The content of the textile fiber doped with wave absorbing nano-particles in fabrics is increased,and the absorbing effect of fabric is improved obviously.(2)The double layer structure increases the internal reflection,refraction and loss,and the absorbing effect is better:the absorption peak of the double diamond structure fabric-1.75dB,-1.5dB,-1.0dB is higher than the single-layer diamond structure fabric-1.25dB,-1.25dB,-1.0dB.(3)The small rhombic fabric has better absorbing property because the smaller diamond makes the refraction direction of incident electromagnetic wave different and has interference cancellation effect.(4)The reflectivity dB of the sandwich textile composites prepared by a certain concentration of absorbing nano-particles impregnated solution fluctuates from-8dB to-22dB.The absorption peak appears in the range of 6-8GHZ and 16-18GHZ,and the absorption frequency width is 10-16GHZ,which has a better absorbing effect.(5)The wave absorbing properties of the single layer and double layer diamond shaped structure sandwich type textile composite materials after the impregnation,infiltration and heat setting treatment of the wave absorbing nano-particles are higher than that of the single and double layer diamond shaped structure fabric,and the wave absorbing performance of the single layer diamond shaped structure textile composite material is close to each other,because the sandwich type textile composite material reduces transmission and increases the absorption of the surface layer and destructive interference of the reflected wave.(6)The sandwich type textile composites,the small diamond size,absorbing performance was better.This is because the smaller diamond refract in different directions of the incident electromagnetic wave,the interference cancellation effect.The diamond type textile composite sandwich structure 10×30 pin absorbing the best performance,the absorbing peak of-22dB.The experimental results show that the sandwich type textile composites made of polyester cotton yarn and carbon black FDY polyester filament had strong wave absorbing effect in the range of 6?8GHZ and 16?18GHZ,and the bandwidth is 10?16GHZ.
