At present,cocoon drying is generally adopted to automate large cocoon drying machine,large drying capacity,high drying efficiency and good quality.It is an ideal model suitable for the large quantity of cocoons and fewer batches.But this kind of large-scale cocoon drying equipment is difficult to adapt to the large scale silkworm raiser and professional cooperative organization scale of the self-drying cocoon processing.Thus,according to fresh cocoon traded to dry cocoon trend,corresponding to the cocoon drying processing technology and equipment development and production,the research of miniaturized cocoon drying machine has become the trend of industry consensus and development.Based on this requirement,a miniaturized hot air circulation cocoon drying machine which is suitable for the processing and movement of silkworm farmers' self-drying cocoon is developed.Miniaturization of hot air circulation cocoon drying machine was used to study the different primary drying temperature on the influence of cocoon silk quality and with the traditional hot air cocoon drying machine after drying of raw silk reeled performance were analyzed,discussed the feasibility of the miniaturization of hot air circulation cocoon drying machine.Firstly,according to the drying principle of silkworm cocoon,a miniature hot air circulation cocoon drying machine is designed.This machine has the characteristics of small size,convenient movement and convenient resettlement.Using four layers of eight sections of continuous alternate mode,cocoon through parallel mobile conveyor belt,the conveyor belt end through the form of a free fall in transfer layer and flip,make its uniform drying;The air in the cocoon drying machine,such as the "S" flow,runs in the opposite direction of the cocoon,and the low temperature air can be rapidly heated through the incremental cycle heating.Secondly,the influence of different primary drying temperature on cocoon quality was studied by using the miniaturized hot air circulation cocoon dryingmachine.With the increase of the primary drying temperature,the number of the inner layer falls was significantly reduced.With the increase of the primary drying temperature,the cocoon reelability have a tendency to decline.Again is by comparing the different charge temperature after drying of raw silk reeled performance,found that the primary drying temperature is 105 ?,the mechanical properties of raw silk reeled best,breaking strength of 4.22 cN/dtex,breaking elongation was 20.71%,and the performance is more stable;At the same time,the primary drying temperature is 105 ? of raw silk reeled cleanness,neatness and cohesion is superior to other primary drying temperature of raw silk reeled.In order to verify the feasibility of miniaturization of hot air circulation cocoon drying machine,compared with the raw silk treated with conventional hot air cocoon drying machine,the experimental results show that the raw silk after miniaturization of hot air circulation cocoon drying machine drying have no change in the structure,the fiber aggregation state of two kinds of raw silk is mainly Silk ? ?-folding structure.By means of two kinds of raw silk in cleanness,neatness,cohesion,mechanical performance indexes such as inspection,found that the cocoon treated with miniaturization of hot air circulation cocoon drying machine will not affect the raw silk's quality and performance.Therefore,it is feasible to miniaturize hot air circulation cocoon drying machine drying cocoon.
