The gas sensor is currently being used,because of its poor gas sensing properties,such as low sensitivity,long response-recovery time,poor selectivity,and so on.These have seriously hindered the industrial production and hardly meet the needs of people's lives.So the development of new multifunctional gas sensitive material is imminent.This paper uses the unique hierarchical porous structure characteristics of ramie biological fiber,takes ramie biological fiber as the template to prepare the biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensing materials through biological template synthesis.And discussed the effects of the modified treatment of biological template,the precursor concentration and the sintering temperature on the properties of the gas sensitive materials.Meanwhile,analyzed the impact mechanism of rare earth elements doping on ZnO gas sensing materials and the effects of different ratio doping on the gas sensing properties of ZnO.The results showed that the specific surface area and gas sensing properties of the biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensing materials which is prepared by ramie biological template after modified treatment are better than the untreated.With the increasing of precursor solution concentration,the impregnation rate and the specific surface area of ZnO gas sensing materials decreased.With the increasing of sintering temperature,the grain size of biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensitive material gradually increased.Biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensitive materials prepared at 650? has a good grain quality.The rare earth La dopant increased the ability and the rate of gains and losses of electrons,hindered the growth of ZnO particles,and improved the phenomenon of agglomeration.It has a certain effect on specific surface area and aperture parameters of biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensing materials.Ce dopant has a small effect on the specific surface area,aperture parameters and crystal size of biomorphic structure ZnO gas sensing materials,but its special function of storing oxygen obviously increased the gas sensitive reaction rate.The rare earth La and Ce dopant together jointly promoted and obviously improved the gas sensing properties of gas sensing materials.
